Complimentary Studio Class for NEW clients

This Complimentary Class is with a cause to help and give to the youth program in The Covent House. We ask for your generosity to help the Street Kids in Toronto.
This class is designed for anyone NEW to Articulate Bodies. Pilates will engage your mind while increasing your flexibility, strength, coordination and balance. This class will introduce you to the fundamental Pilates movements and small equipments. A perfect way to get started if you are new to Pilates.
Our fun and creative ways of coaching and guiding your workout will leave you feeling strong, resilient and invigorated.

Offered for a one time use. We offer this class every 2nd Tuesday of the month. Please reserve you space as this class gets full. Thank you.

Please bring a nonperishable food item that we can donate to the youth program in Covenant House.

These are the list of suggested items:
> Tinned tuna, salmon or other canned meat
> Rice & pasta
> Crackers, cookies, cereals
> Pasta sauce/paste
> Canned vegetables/fruits
> Soup packages/cans
> Coffee, juice
