Private: Solo Session

Enjoy the ultimate Pilates experience! Our solo sessions are private programs customized just for you. We will assess your body alignment, gait, and identify a program to help you achieve your personal goals. Enjoy a VIP training experience built just for you, your body, and personal goals. Limited to 1 participant.

Customized one on one sessions for:
  • general population looking to improve muscle strength, tone and of course flexibility
  • those who are a bit apprehensive about PIlates choreography and style and would want their workout experience to feel more like traditional personal training ... with Pilates principles woven into it!
  • those who are a little concerned about their ability to exercise or do Pilates due to injury or pain, or anyone in recovery or wanting a more gentle and restorative movement experience
